Poll-watcher training
Poll watchers observe the conduct of an election. In Texas you must complete the Secretary of State online training and present that certificate plus a certificate of appointment. The Lamar County Elections Administrator’s office handles local election administration; they have not published a separate county poll-watcher class date on the county elections page.
